Terms & Conditions

1 Orders for products listed on this web site may be given by telephone, mail or e-mail.  No guarantee is given that a product listed is available or that its price will not at any time be varied. However the web site indicates which products are currently out of stock and when new stock is expected and the price indicated on the web site will apply to all orders placed before it is changed. We reserve the right to cancel our obligation to supply a product if we are unable to obtain new stock at the price agreed with our supplier. In that event, we will refund in full the cost of the order. The terms and conditions specified below on the date of receipt of an order apply to that order.  Those terms and conditions are subject to English law.

2 There will be no contract between us and a product ordered will not be dispatched until we have received in cleared funds payment of all sums due. The contract will have effect from the date of that receipt.

3 Delivery of a product will be made only to an address within the United Kingdom. The prices given on this web site include all taxes and duties but not delivery charges. The cost of delivery of a product is shown against it on the web site and is payable in addition to the price. Unless we are prevented from doing so by circumstances which are beyond our control we will dispatch the product within 5 days of receiving payment for it.

4 You have a statutory right to cancel your order at any time before the expiry of seven working days beginning on the day following the date of delivery of the product. You may do this by giving us notice before the expiry of the seven day period. You may leave the notice at or post it to the address given below or e-mail it to the number or e-mail address given below. The notice is treated as having been given on the date on which it is left, posted or sent. If you cancel your order in exercise of your statutory right, you must at your own expense return the product to the address given below within seven days, failing which a charge will be made for its collection. Subject to this and to receiving the product in good condition, if you cancel your order we will refund in full the cost of the order.

5 If a product delivered to you is in any way faulty and you wish us to take it back, you must within seven days of delivery, or if later within seven days of the date on which the fault should on a reasonable basis been apparent to you, notify us accordingly and make the product available for collection. Failing this, you will have no right to reject the product. In addition, you have no right to reject the product if the fault complained of results from a disregard of the recommendations of the manufacturer for its use and care. Following collection of the product and subject to it being faulty, we will refund in full the cost of the order.

6 Your rights to return products any products supplied by us as described above are in addition to your statutory rights. However, we have no liability to you for any consequential loss that you may suffer.

7 If you have any complaint, this should be made to us at our place of business which is at the address given below.

8 References above to “you” are to the person who places the relevant order for a product and to “us” are to Continental Nostalgia Limited.
